Roger E. Stevens began practicing law in Boulder, Colorado, in 1957, focusing his attention on both criminal and civil litigation. In addition to his private practice, Mr. Stevens also served as a Municipal Judge in Boulder from 1958 through 1960. In 1980, Andrew C. Littman joined Mr. Stevens in the practice of law and, later that decade, Mark E. Biddison, Dennis J. Tharp, and Craig A. Weinberg also became members of the Firm. Mr. Biddison joined the Firm in 1988, Mr. Tharp in 1989, and Mr. Weinberg in 1990. Before becoming a member, Mr. Weinberg had clerked for the Firm from 1987- 1989. In 2001, Lee A. Strickler joined the Firm as an associate in the Boulder office, as did Jessica Catlin in 2002. Lee is now a Member of the firm.
To better serve clients throughout the state, the Firm opened an additional office in Vail in 1998.
After a long and illustrious legal career, Mr. Stevens recently scaled back his practice and currently serves the Firm "of counsel," periodically providing valuable consultation services and advice to the Firm and clients. Though the Firm has grown over the years and its composition has changed, the traditions of client and community service that Mr. Stevens initiated back in 1957 have remained constant to this day.
