Firm Overview
Our history in Boulder
Stevens, Littman, Biddison, Tharp & Weinberg, L.L.C.'s history in the Boulder area began in 1957, when attorney Roger E. Stevens began practicing civil and criminal law. In addition to his private practice, Mr. Stevens served as a Boulder municipal judge from 1958-1960. Andrew C. Littman joined Mr. Stevens' practice in 1980 and was followed by Mark E. Biddison, Dennis J. Tharp, and Craig A. Weinberg in 1988, 1989, and 1990 respectively. We opened our Vail office in 1998 to accommodate the needs of our growing client base.
In 2001, Lee A. Strickler joined our firm. Jessica Catlin joined a short time later in 2002. Roger Stevens still assists the firm in special legal matters. His principles of putting clients first and serving our community continue to be an integral part of the firm's foundation. Glenn Stevens provides special services to the firm in the areas of intellectual property and complex contract negotiation.

Our approach to the law
At Stevens, Littman, Biddison, Tharp & Weinberg, we place a strong emphasis on resolving cases early in the legal process. We use a variety of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) methods, including arbitration, mediation, and early neutral evaluation proceedings, to produce successful results without going to trial. We tailor our arguments to fit every client's individual needs and treat you as a member of our team with a voice in the decision-making process.
That said, we do not hesitate to take a case to trial if litigation becomes necessary. Our attorneys are aggressive courtroom litigators with a proven record of success.
